The company "MonSam" began its activities in March 2018. The main direction of the enterprise is the production of 100% natural canned food. The main assortment of the enterprise is canned meat (beef, lamb, horse meat, yak (sarlyk)) and offal (tongue, liver, heart). When creating our products, we are inspired by Tuvan national cuisine. Special products for us are canned food "Khan" and "Piece of Tuva". "Khan" is canned blood that contains lamb blood and raw fat. "Part of Tuva" is a canned lamb offal cooked in its own juice with the addition of salt, pepper and onion. Meat raw materials for production are purchased from local peasant farms, which ensures its high quality, since cattle are raised in one of the ecologically clean regions of Russia - in the Republic of Tyva.
Geography of product supplies: Republics of Khakassia, Tyva, Krasnoyarsk, Primorsk, Khabarovsk krais, Moscow. Our fans are the Nomads of Asia motorcycle club, the Yat-ha music group, bloggers, public figures and thousands of buyers.
Based on the peculiarities of Tuvan national cuisine, we adhere to the following principles:
- Only natural local (Tyva, Khakassia, southern Krasnoyarsk Territory) meat.
- Using raw fat (this is not the liquid fat you are used to seeing from other manufacturers).
- Apart from salt, bay leaves, peppers and onions, we do not use other spices and additives.
